Founder of Gov Club. Former Advisor to the Prime Minister and Ministers of Ukraine from 2015 to 2022, expert in creating and scaling teams in the public sector.
Kolotii Kateryna
Нead of the organization, an expert in communications and project development, former project manager of the Reform Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. She led the marketing and communications department of the CAPS School of Public Administration (CAPS Business School), was the head of communications for the public procurement monitoring project DOZORRO (a project implemented by Transparency International Ukraine), and led the education department for Ukrainian exporters at the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development.
